Shipping policy

Only where stated in the item description the cost of postage is included in the price to a UK mainland address.   Where this is not stated please contact use for a quote for courier delivery.

Delivery for larger items is based upon single person delivery to a ground floor property with our regular courier.   * Larger items would need a two person delivery and that would attract an additional charge.

Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce or Fedex.

We can only ship to the same address as the billing address of the card holder.

Returns:

We will accept returns if advised within 14 days of the customer receiving it and the item is in the original condition that it left us.  The refund will not inlcude the shipping cost to send the original item to you.

If the item is not faulty you must pay for the return costs and we advise taking out adequate insurance for the return.

International shipping

Please contact us or a quote for overseas shipping costs.  Shipping overseas may incur customs charges in the country of the buyer.  These are not included in the shipping costs as we cannot predict these or whether these will be incurred  as these vary from country to country.   These must be paid by the buyer in their own country.
