Unusual lead topped 19th century stool

An early 19th century slab top stool that has been historically finished in lead.   

The patinated lead covering makes for a rather decorative piece and makes the stool very heavy and substantial.

Measuring:  36 cm tall, 37 cm wide, 23 cm deep.
