A 19th century English carpenter's tool cabinet
In the original time worn ochre paint is this 19th century tool cabinet complete with a number of original tools, including beutifully patinated hand planes. The wall hanging cabinet would have been made by the owner, and has three drawers to the bottom with rather lovely time worn paint. The drawers and cabinet itself, as would be expected, were made using dovetail joints.
A one utilitarian piece that now crosses over into folk art.
