A large 19th century printer's table on a cast iron base
A good example of a 19th century printer's table of excellent proportions. The desk top sits over three drawers, the wider one of which opens in the form of a pull down drawer front. This is double sided and is repeated at the other side of the desk. The table retains all of the original ornate 19th century handles. The pine top is of very good colour with traces of the original paint. The solid cast iron base retains the original wooden stretcher.
