A large sculptural 17th century lock, possibly from an Armada chest, historically housed on an oak plank.   Whilst the chest probably hasn’t survived we are rather pleased someone decided the lock was a sculptural piece and removed it for posterity.

A heavy piece weighing around 7 kg.
