Olive Smith's 19th century needlework sample book

An evocative collection of needlework and embroidery by a young child, Olive Smith, 1897-1899.   Probably around 7 or 8 years old at the time, Olive's efforts, as she practiced her needlework, have been carfully attached to each page and dated.
